I bought this about ten years ago when it was still in print, and until recently I had no idea how much people were asking for it. It's a great recording. $16.98 for a copy "manufactured on demand using CD-R recordable media" seems a tad excessive. Manufactured by whom? Does it come with art? Why doesn't Blue Not just reissue this?
