Could be more consistent. But I like it anyway.
The first thing you notice is the artwork. The psychedelic box and CD art is some of the most eye-catching I've seen. But how 'bout the music? Well, there are two discs here; an "ambient" CD and a "Dance" CD. The less frenetic "ambient" CD is my favorite of the two (I'm really not much of a dancer). There are just one or two "ambient" tracks that don't do much for me. The rest pretty well carry me away to some psychedelic dream-space. And if you're into the more dance-able stuff, you'll probably find the same to be true of the "dance" CD. I'm fairly new to Trance and I've got to say this set has me hungering for more.

The best of the series...so far
Except for the disappointing Volume 5 this series is some of the best Trance/Ambient out there. Each set is a fold out CD with graphics that can only be described as Visual Techno. Each set also contains a Trance disc and an Ambient disc and they both are incredible audio experiences. Played thru a 5.1 system with the goodies turned on, you are in for one mind blowing session. If there is a music that could stimulate mind trips this is it.
