Wonderfully relaxing
I am involved in a regular weekly meditation group where we have used these cds. They are very soothing, and without fail have assisted all that participate to have very deep and relaxing meditations
Enhanced!
Note that this box set is Enhanced with music! I prefer nature sounds only, so these cd's were disappointing.
