This is the one of my all time favorite albums.
I first heard Rumillajta in concert in Santa Fe. I fell in love with their sounds. I find their music mystical, vibrant, energetic, and full of range and depth. The pan flutes don't get boring and repetitive like some music with them does. Each tune is unique and appealing. Thanks, Amazon, for making more of their music available to us.

The rhythyms and melodies transcend earthly sounds and and send you into a realm of beauty only this music can describe. This album is truly a masterpiece.

My favorite CD of Andean music
While I have quite a few CDs of Andean music that I like, this is by far my favorite. It inspired me so much that I have been working hard at learning to play the quena (one of the indigenous flutes played on this CD) for about a year.
