Customer Reviews
A live CD that doesn't suck!
First let me state that I rarely like live albums. Usually all the noise just disrupts my listening. This is one of the few that I like. Classic Hagar songs, and an energy filled performance.
Capitol milks a little more from their departed star!
Released after Sammy signed with Geffen records and exploded with the great "Standing Hampton", this album features poor sound quality but great songs from "Street Machine", "Danger Zone" and also his days with Ronnie Montrose. You will appreciate this piece of work if you are a true Hagar fan, though if you are you probably already have it. If you have only jumped on Sammy's bandwagon after a recent trip to the Cabo Wabo, then start with his other live release, "All Night Long "
Fair live album
Hagar live, released about 3 years after it was recorded. At the time of its release he was a big star on Geffen records. This album is rather skimpy, most songs are fairly weak, but ok.
