Mother was Right!
I live in NYC but i was born & raised in London, UK. I remember so well how much my parents, especially my mother, loved Jim Reeves very much. As a kid they would play his music all the time & because of my youth, i thought it was 'old people' music. As my Mum always said, 'You'll appeciate these things when you get older'.
How right she was. I recently purchased Jim's 'Best Of' and Gospel CD for my Mum & i mailed it to her. A few days later she called & said, 'I told you, you'd appreciate certain things when you get older'! (lol) Jim's music is soothing for soul.
A must have!
Great quality on most of the songs considering how long ago the recordings were made. If you like Jim you'll love this!!!
Great CD
I love this CD. Anyone who enjoys Gospel music or Jim Reeves would be pleased to add this one to their collection. I would recommend this CD to anyone looking for an old-time gospel sound with the gospel great tunes that make you think of years gone by. Don't miss this one. Check it out for yourself.
