This is an excellent choice
My wife and I have gone through quite a few folding step stools over the years. We tried to save a few bucks each time and wound up paying for it in the long run. This item is perfection. We've owned one of these for years and just bought another for a second home. It's sturdy, durable, lightweight, operates easily, and folds very slim --- ideal for reaching tall shelves, changing overhead lights, etc.

Lightweight and strong
I've looked everywhere for a replacement small stepladder that is lightweight, strong, and easy to open. This is the best product I have found by far. It costs a little more than the usual steel stepladder, but it is definitely worth it.
