Ever notice how cheap belts stretch?
Whenever I customize my belt gear, it seems the belts you buy in the stores just don't cut the mustard. I like this belt because first, it has a buckle with two "prongs". Some of my previous belt buckles had only one and would pop when working in tight spaces. Second, it doesn't stretch period. Load the belt up with pouches and unlike other belts it doesn't stretch over time. Third, it's width makes it a very hip hugging belt, it won't ride down and the padding is a extra plus. Yes, it's a bit expensive, but considering it probably will outlast any belt on the market without the aggravation problems, I consider it a good buy. I'm a licensed remodeling contractor and I use this belt everyday.

A quality product, well padded.
I echo what has been said in the other reviews, adding two things. The belt is very well padded where the weight of tool will be hung onto. Beware that some other brands of tool holders and bags will not fit onto this belt because the belt is wider and the padding makes it thicker than the loops of other

Great belt
This belt doesn't stretch out and is very comfortable. I use it for most of my home projects.
