High quality vitamins
We've been taking these vitamins for 2 weeks. Since administering one tablet a day with food, I've been invigorated with more energy, feel calmer thanks to the B vitamins and sleep better. My wife also feels that less sleep on those occasional nights we don't get to bed on time do not impact her alertness the next day. I am subscribing to regular shipments with these, I feel I've found THE vitamin for us.

Excellent!
I've noticed a significant increase in energy in just a couple of weeks. Sometimes the vitamins with the added iron can really upset your stomach. I have had none of this. I'm really quite pleased with this vitamin, and will continue to use it.

You won't find these clogging the sewage system!
These vitamins are by far the best! There is no hard tablet to disolve partially and then eliminate the rest into the toilet - it's all powder! Definitely take with food, as the release of all those vitamins all at once can make you nauseous. My energy went up exceptionally after switching to these from One-A-Day. These are worth the price.
