You'd Have To Pry It From My Cold, Dead Fingers...
I love this album! It's totally unexpected and it shouldn't work, but work it does, and it does so in a way haunting, hypnotic, and addictive.

It is a highly unlikely merger of techno-pop and Polynesian chanting and drumming. I bought it on the island of Bora Bora at the recommendation of a woman in a video and music store. The question put to her was, "If I was going to take home one album from here, what would it be?" This was her pick, and she picked well.

If you like world beat, enjoy the wonders of cross-pollination of different music and cultures, get out the checkbook. This one's worth every penny and then some.

I collect all types of tropical music - Caribbean, Hawaiian, Latin, etc. But this album is in the top couple of my favorite albums of all time!! Too bad more people don't know about this - it's great for exercising, dancing, or just any time you need to get energized. SO unusual - it's addicting - LOVE IT!!!
