After failing a New York audition, childhood musical prodigy Henry Hill (Harrold) puts a gun to his head and fires. But the powers that be have other plans for Henry. All bandaged up, Henry returns home to, well, get his head back together. Enter Cynthia (Kelly), a sexy and savvy young woman on her way to New York. She stops late one night to steal some gas but Henry sympathetically pumps it for her. The next day, she's back with a job at his mom's diner and a room. QUIRKY INDEPENDENT MOVIE
I believe this is the first, major motion picture for director David Kantar. And while the story is offbeat and a little quirky, it's a rather sweet tale. The photography (the movie was shot in Maine) really gives one a feeling for the locale. Give it a shot......you might be pleasantly surprised!
