Need height from your tripod! This is your model!
Standing at 6'2" myself, this tripod can set my camera 2" above me BEFORE I even raise tripod to the second segment of legs. This tripod is so great for getting over the crowd. I use it extensively in church weddings from the back of the church, because I can get over the crowd even when they are standing. It is still very sturdy too. Sturdy enough to be zoomed in with a 20x zoom and not have the image bouncing around. Pick the head for either video or still camera and you are ready to go with this tripod for a long long time.
