Customer Reviews
Original Replacement
Lightning zapped my original Malibu Transformer. This is THE ORIGINAL replacement. True, sometimes you can find a whole new kit for just a few dollars more but if the rest of your setup is in good shape as mine was, the Transformer/Timer got me going again in just a few days.
Adequate replacement
I was needing an acceptable replacement for my Toro low voltage transformer which is no longer available. After checking several Internet sources I determined that the Intermatic probably would work the best. It is quite a bit larger than the Toro original and comes with instructions that are not as clear as they could be, but all in all an acceptable alternative and seems to be working as I had hoped.
Malibu transformer
The transformer replaced the original that lasted about 6 years and was used every day. I look forward to the same service from this one as it is identical. It took forever to get here but the bargin price made it worth the wait. Amazon.com are good folks to do business with.
