Highly recommended
I own a few pairs of LE handcuffs (all ASP), and this flashlight/key combo is priceless. No longer do I have to bother someone to "light me up," or sacrifice control of the person in custody because I have one hand tied up holding my flashlight. It has a separate light on each end, so you can see whenever your uncuffing or double-locking. The only thing that could perhaps be considered a "flaw" is that there are not two separate buttons for each light. Thus, when you turn on the light for uncuffing, the light for double-locking also turns on and shines in your eyes. This isn't a huge problem, but if you work the night shift, it can affect your night-vision.

Doesn't fit many handcuffs.
I have several makes of handcuff, all share the same basic key design. The key on this flashlight is slightly too wide and gets stuck on all my handcuffs (that include reasonably good makes like Winchester). So it fails in its primary purpose. I can't check it on real police handcuffs having no access to them. So it ends up being just a bulky and overpriced keyring light.
