False description
This wind chime specifically says it has six tubes, and that's what the illustration shows. However, I just received the one I ordered, and it has only five tubes. This might not matter to most people--it's a nice little wind chime--but if you want it for feng shui use, the number of tubes can make a critical difference. I feel gypped that a company can't even describe their own produce correctly.

nice sound but small
IT LOOKS NICE AND HAS A PLEASING SOUND BUT THE SIZE THAT WAS STATED REFERES TO FROM THE WHERE IT HOOKS ON THE HOUSE TO WHERE THE WOOD WIND CATCHER HANGS, NOT THE LENGHT OF THE RODS.THE RODS ARE ONLY ABOUT 8 INCHES.

We used to order a lot of things from Amazon. Now, we will definitely find other sources to purchase items due to the three reasons explained below:

I tried to cancel my order that day and they would not let me cancel it. First, I found a bigger, nicer, and cheaper wind chime locally. Second, the shipping charge is not quoted when the item is bought from an individual through AMAZON until AFTER you order is submitted. I tried to cancel my order once I saw that it cost $7.50 for a $12.00 wind chime.

The final reason is because my husband found a $79.00 charge on his checking account from AMAZON. Amazon does not have any phone numbers posted on the website to contact AMAZON. Finally, he found a number on a receipt for an order. After being on hold for a long period of time, he found that the charge was in error. Amazon wanted to have us wait 10-14 business days to get the charge reversed. It took a lot from my husband, but we did get it back in his account 5 days later.
