Customer Reviews
unique sprayer
I purchase this sprayer to spray my roof with a mold/mildew cleaner. I needed something that would get the distance from the ground. It delivered a powerful stream about 25 to 35 feet. I am satisfied with its performance and recommended it for such applications. I was afraid that it may be difficult/tiring to use but that wasn't the case. It delivers a constant stream on the upstroke as well as the downstroke.
Fair to middlin
This tool helped me a lot; however it wasted a lot of spray because it is difficult to aim accurately. Hence one must go over areas more than once to hit a specific target. Other than that I was well pleased.
SIMPLE SPRAYER, WELL BUILT
This spayer is simplicity itself. It very much does reach up 25' as advertized. By climbing up a ladder one can extend the reach further, but the risk of dumping your pail becomes much greater.
The only caution is that one should wear rubber gloves and a dust mask when using the sprayer. Also beware of stepping in, or kicking over the bucket you use to mix up whatever product you are spaying; since your focus will tend to be on what you're spraying, this mistake is very easy to make.
There are a couple of accessories I wish they would offer: The first would be three and six foot extension tubes; these would allow one to spray higher and also to spray without having to get as close to the bushes or trees being sprayed. Having insecticide and fungicide dripping on you gets old.
The second option I would like to see, is a special covered, stable bucket to hold the product when spraying. With a secure lid that has a hole for the hose; and secures the hose to the bucket so that it cannot pull out. An open bucket is not only easy to tip over, but it attracts small debris endlessly; this debris often can interfer with and plug up the sprayer.
Overall I recomend this sprayer. The quality is high and it is easy to use. Always wash it out and drain it after every use.
