Handy gadget
Very handy gadget for making perfecty shaped omelets and stove-top fritatas. Sturdy, with convenient handle and cover. I use a glass cover instead so that I can watch the food cook.

Not as advertised
The item I received was used.The egg ring was out of shape-not round,so the lid doesn't fit.The lid was dented and not made of Stainless-it is aluminum.Total disappointment and waste of money.I will never purchase from Next Day Gourmet L.P. again.

Perfect Egg Ring
I purchased two of these egg rings and just Love using them. They are simpley made and perfect for the job. Like your eggs sunny side up? The cover makes em perfect every time. How bout an omlet? Once again the perfect size. Just pour in your favorite egg mix, then add your favorite ingredients. Remove the ring and fold. This ring work well for up to four eggs, but can also give you a perfect shape for two eggs. I usually fry my eggs in the same pan that I cooked the bacon in for an added flavor in the eggs. It also helps to keep the eggs from sticking to thr surface of the pan. And a must for using this item is to coat the inner ring with oil or nonstick spray, I usually just coat the sides with a dab of bacon grease. You will not be disapointed!
