Fatal flaws
BRENTWOOD 10 Movie Packs offer a variety of cinematic genres at bargain prices. Video transfers of their "B" movies are pretty decent, as is sound. The manufacturer's hinged boxes house DVDs adequately, but be careful the hinged sections don't pull away from the main spine! They're not that easy to reassemble.

HIGHLIGHTS of the FATAL FORCE 10 Movie Pack:

DEADLY RECRUITS-- The outstanding title in this set is a British made-for-telly film about government agents investigating the disappearances of some of Oxford University's best students.

DEATH HOUSE-- An interesting movie that shifts genres midway through. For the first half-hour it's a car-chase/mafia action film-- later it becomes a horror movie with government drug experiments on death row inmates that transform them into an army of zombies. Directed by John Saxon

MACE-- The strong supporting cast of this "street-cop-out-for-justice" romp includes Isaac Hayes.

THE MAD BOMBER-- Directed by cheap-o monster movie maker Bert I. Gordon. This is a story of revenge through dynamite. Chuck Connors portrays a man spiralling into insanity after the death of his daughter and divorce. To get back at those he blames his misfortunes on the "Mad Bomber" bombs.... madly.....

NOWHERE FAST-- Directed by Spike Lee's younger brother (Cinqué Lee), who also appears in this story of a street clash during a Brooklyn heat wave. Kinda sounds familiar, huh? Maybe Cinqué should "Do the Right Thing" and come up with his own story premises.

ACTION ARSENAL 10 Movie Pack is another Brentwood box set just right for the adrenaline rush fan.
