Customer Reviews

Unusual but very useful5
I love this thing! I call it the "wallie" because we use it to move sections of Shed walls around. It is a mfg version of a similar tool we already have and use often to easily move around framed wall and roof sections into place from the trucks.

Works best with two people if rough terrain i.e. (outside). I have loaded 5 sheets 3/4 ply on it and roll it around the job with ease.
Also works to roll around 4x header stock. Just lay one end on the cart and pick up the other. basically a set of wheels on the end of an stick.

Never thought how usefull th little thing would be till you play around with it.

This is exactly what I was looking for5
I bought this because it it exactly what I was trying to come up with on my own.
I used a mickey mouse axle and wheel system to move windows, doors and patio door frames but at the risk of problems. This thing solved that by clamping on whatever you are moving and rolling like champ. You know those fence panels that HD and Lowes sell....load them on this and one person can balance and move it easily by himself.
In addition...don't follow the advice in previous review regarding using this for moving beams and headers (one end of a heavy beam is still heavy). It works well by balancing the beam in the center and temp. nailing a vertical 2x4 to one end for a handle. I moved long 6x6, 6x12, and 4x14 with ease from the front of a home to the backyard deck by myself.

Versatile tool5
The ability to change the width and the large wheels make it very versatile. I was able to transport large, awkward, 200lb-plus framed stationary windows along the sidewalk, up a ramp and over thresholds with one helper to steady the load. I've also used it to comfortably move plywood and sheetrock. With sheetrock I fashion a simple plywood base so the sheetrock does not get indented by the cross rails. It's a handy devise for one man operations and people who care about their backs.
