Product Description

Have you ever wanted to point out the Orion Nebula, or trace the outline of the Sagittarius "Teapot" for someone? You point your finger, but that just doesn't cut it. "Where? You mean the third star up from that pine tree over there?" The SkyLine green laser pointer is perfect for stargazers. Its thin but distinct green laser beam appears to stretch all the way to the stars! The SkyLine allows you to point out stars, planets, constellations, even moving satellites. Its far-reaching beam is visible not only by the person holding the pointer, but also by others standing nearby. While light emitted by flashlights and red lasers fades out over long distances, the SkyLine's green beam goes seemingly to infinity. It works even in light-polluted or moonlit skies! Two models are available. Both are effective but the 3mW-5mW laser is more intense and therefore better for light-polluted skies.

Customer Reviews

put yourself in the Matrix5
The Matrix-green laser is an effective pointing tool. Also the eerie green seen on Borg ships... still, green is a softer, more gentle color of light than red. Red can have a negative connotation not intended when using a laser to point out objects in a public presentation. Just as sharp & crisp as a red laser, but in a different color. Where are the blue lasers?! I want blue!
