Great! but hard to swallow
I agree with the previous review, they are very high quality vitamins but very difficult to swallow. I have to grind them in a coffee bean blender and then add them to a whey protien shake, seems works very well.

Excellent Vitamins
I can actually feel a difference with these vitamins unlike others that I have tried before. And unlike other multi-pak vitamins, they don't upset my stomach. They're a little on the pricey side but well worth it in my opinion. You really do get what you pay for with this product.

Animal Pack
Ok. If your thinking about buying Animal Pack think of this. You don't need to take 2 packs a day. 1 is accually perfect. But if you take 2 be careful on Vitamin A OVERDOSE! Serious stuff. Also, if your lifting hardcore and want to see results plus not get as sore... Animal pack is what your needing. But don't expect to take it and get monster guns instantly. Animal pack helps you train harder and longer. And like the other two reviews, they are hard to swollow. But they don't taste bad at all so its not too big of a deal. And lastly, don't fret when your pee turns bright yellow even when your drinking a lot. Its natural. Ok... now click buy. :)
