Best stop for Kreg track
We have been using the Kreg track system on our miter saw for a couple years now. It has eight feet of track on both sides of the saw. The system came with one of these Solid Stops and the Flip stop. Once calibrated to the saw and track, this stop was our favorite. Never do we mark our boards but just set this stop on the track per the measure tape on it, then cut.

However, one of our guys thinks all knobs for tightening are housed in cast iron, thus the aluminum hole on this stop has stripped out and the unit must be replaced. With workers who pay attention to what they are doing or care about the tooling, this would not have been a problem.

We are going to get a couple more of these cus they are good and solid once tightened down where you want it.

Quick but could use improvement
This has helped my business phenomenally! It is very quick and easy to use. There are a few improvements I'd have made. 1) the back of the stop isn't a straight vertical - it doesn't line up with the fence unless you angle your fence. Each one that I've purchased I've had to fabricate it to be flush with the fence. 2) the threads will strip eventually. They need to make the treading part a steel component or do something stronger on this. Don't overtighten! 3) this is more the fault of the actual track - the sections are 24" long but where you join the sections together your stop will stick on the joining of them seemingly no matter how well you mount them. It'd be nice if these were steel so you could weld them together and then grind it down. Overall, a great product and a time-saver for sure!
