Are we talking about the same chair?
I bought this chair a few weeks ago, the first thing i noticed was the box had a huge hole in it. The chair looked ok, so I sat on it and noticed that a plastic connector was starting to crack. Its now gotten to the point I can no longer sit on it and I'm in the process of returning it.

It seems as though the chair is just poorly made; a friend of mine who has a similar chair even commented on how cheap it seemed. Maybe I just got a lemon, either way I want my money back.

A Great Value!
I purchased these chairs for TV viewing in our living room. They're attractive and very comfortable regardless of position. They are slightly firmer than I anticipated but they seem rather durable especially considering the price! Super simple set-up. Only complaint is that the packaging was falling apart by the time they got here but the chairs were not damaged in any way.

So Comfortable!
This is the most comfortable chair. It is great to watch movies in, or just to snuggle up in. It is easily stored and portable. Looks great anywhere.
