Ravel revisited5
This orchestration of Gaspard de la Nuit by Marius Constant, best known in America for his theme for Twilight Zone, does Ravel proud. As much as Ravel was a consumate master of the orchestra, I don't think he could have surpassed Constant's work. The orchestration demonstrates the rich coloring that is representative of the impressionists. My only criticism is Tzimon Barto's performance of Ondine which I found too slow. If you love Ravel and Debussy as much as I do, buy it.
