Album Description
Adani & Wolf are the producers of Praful's breakthrough, award-winning hit album "One Day Deep". Their first US debut, the self titled Adani & Wolf, is a soulful, melodic journey combining elements of funk, jazz, electronica, chill, and world music. Recorded at Studio De Boot floating in the canals of Amsterdam, Adani & Wolf is a must have for any fan of the "Chill" genre

STUNNING DEBUT!!!
Producers Adani and Wolf have created some exceptionallly delicious chill-out music that have more than just the monotonous basslines and tripped out vocals...these guys have blended jazz with elements of funk, r&b and world grooves to create a tapestry of music not done successfully by most artist of the "chill out" genre. More than likely these two will go unnoticed by the masses, but they are deserving to be in the echelon with other well-known duos like Kruder and Dorfmeister, Fila Brazillia and The Verbrilli Sound. Highly Recommended!!!!
Great
Wow... What a great album. It starts out with a phone call reminiscing the title theme song. Then comes the jazzy/elctronica hit "Daylight". The whole album is very "chillish", absolutely perfect driving music. The album is very electronica sounding, but with a definite jazz appeal to it. Also it has some almost r&b sounding stuff, it's just all great. Very relaxing and mesmirizing CD. Definitely recommened.
Jazzy electronica "chill" grooves
I first heard "Daylight" on our local Smooth Jazz station early on a Sunday morning. I liked the sound and checked out the Adani & Wolf web site at www.therapyrecords.com. You can listen to the album in its entirety there.
What caught my attention was the up-tempo beat behind Daylight's jazzy guitar stylings. A few Moby-esque vocals add a cool touch.
No real new ground is broken here (some of the electronica elements sound a bit dated -- circa 1998 and "Ray of Light" -- but I like that stuff, so it works for me).
Out of the blue is a great take on a Gino Vanelli classic: People Gotto Move. Other than this tune, Adani & Wolf composed all other pieces. "Onto the Light" is another cut I really like.
Listen to "Daylight", "Onto the Light" and "People Gotto Move". If you like them, you'll probably like the rest of the album.
