The Werner 414 300-Pound Duty Rating Type IAA/IA Aluminum Stepladder, 14-Foot heavy-duty aluminum stepladder has a 300 pound duty rating (Type IA). The heavy gauge Tool-Tra-Top contains small holders for tools and parts. The ladder's top and bottom steps are knee-braced and there is a full set of rear horizontals. The top hinge contains a shoulder bolt and lock nut. Other features include slip-resistant Traction-Tred steps, thick side plates, slip-resistant foot pads, and heavy-duty internal spreaders.

Never shipped
The ladder was ordered on June 23rd. It was supposed to ship in one week. They keep sending emails that it's delayed. It's now July 27th and I've been forced to find it at another retailer.
