About the Actor
Kathy Corey is the Director of West Coast Pilates, a student and teacher of the Pilates Method since 1979. Corey has been awarded a Certificate of Merit as a Master Teacher and is widely recognized for her international teacher training programs. Author of articles on the Pilates Method since 1983, her column "Body Lessons" appeared weekly in the Los Angeles Times Syndicate in seven countries and in newspapers throughout the United States.

More Pilates for Golf
The exercizes using the ring are good and specific to golf moves.However, the DVD doesn't have segments to tailor the workout, or to skip sections including the instructor's introduction which is way too long to repeat for each use.

Needs special ring
I was personally disappointed with the book, mainly because it requires a special ring to perform most exercises. It didn't mention where you may purchase one either.
