About the Actor
Kathy Corey is the Director of West Coast Pilates, a student and teacher of the Pilates Method since 1979. Corey has been awarded a Certificate of Merit as a Master Teacher and is widely recognized for her international teacher training programs. Author of articles on the Pilates Method since 1983, her column "Body Lessons" appeared weekly in the Los Angeles Times Syndicate in seven countries and in newspapers throughout the United States.

This is not an intermediate level pilates workout. The instructor is slow moving and very unmotivating. Definitely not worth the $$
