Thrust into a rigid world of obedience that frowns upon creativity and individuality, Kelly manages to make one close friend, but clashes with Cadet Captain Stone (Christy Carlson Romano) and is eventually court-martialed. Sentenced to maintain the equipment for the drill team, Kelly's disdain for the team suddenly evaporates when she glimpses the beauty and creativity involved in their precise maneuvers. Awsome movie! I have wathed it a lot.
I love this movie the first time I sall the advertisement i knew i had to watch it. Hilary Duff (My favorite singer and actor)Plays a girl living in new York with her divorced mom. She soon finds out that her mom is marrying , and she has to go to military school .When she get there a leader for the drill team (Christy Carlson Romano) is her bunk mate . Hilary hates the drill team,and christy, when later she chooses to join and helps the team win. .almost. But before her team wins her father goes missing and she has to save him. An awesome movie. great acting and good music. A good movie for all ages.

amazing movie
this is a very good movie for the whole family. hilary plays kelly. and since kelly got a step dad she has to go to milatery scholl. its sooo funny and christy is also a good actress so this movie is perfect. i cant beleive it took them this long to put it on dvd. oh and for the people who havnt seen it watch on disney and then buy it if you like it. but you will its a great movie.

Cadet Kelly was such a good movie! It is based around a girl named Kelly Collins (Hilary Duff.) Her life is flipped around when her step-father, Sir (Gary Cole), wants her to go to military school. Though she does not want to go, leaving Manhatten, she does attend the school. Kelly then meets Jennifer Stone (Christy Carlson Romano), who is a strict or "mean" kind of person. Both don't get along, but in the end.. everything works out! I AM HAPPY TO SEE THIS MOVIE RELEASED ON DVD ON MY BIRTHDAY! Yeah! (Get it for me, mom and dad or friends!!)I WAS SO SAD A YEAR OR SO AGO THAT OTHER MOVIES FROM DISNEY WERE RELEASED BUT NOT CADET KELLY! THANK YOU!!! happy b-day for me.. soon!
