They do the job
I put these up over two years ago for my surround sound system and I haven't had a fault with them at all. They swivel, and can tilt the speakers up or down depending on what you need. Comes with the hardware so all you want to do is drill some pilot holes before putting in your wall anchors (highly recommended).

I'm not sure how well these wall mounts would hold up to larger speakers, as mine are rather small and light Yamaha speakers.
