Tough & Versatile Little Guy
I've owned two of these tough and versatile little guys for years and they have served me well. One is small and tough enough to take the abuse of being banged around in my toolbox. The other is small, light and versatile enough to make it an essential tool in my camera bag. Whether held in the hand, clipped to a belt, strap or pocket, or stood up on its flat little bottom, the versatility of having a 90 degree swivel in combination with rotating 360 degrees will let you put bright light most anywhere you want it. This comes in especially handy when you need both hands elsewhere (e.g. driving nails in confined spaces, changing film or batteries in low or no light or changing a tire.) The clip is surprisingly strong and sturdy. Being versatile, strong and light, this flashlight convinced me to leave my previous devotion to mini-Maglites at home 95% of the time. One small deficiency may be that the switch slides perhaps too easily, but to the designer's credit, that switch is protected on both sides by sturdy guides. I've never, even in the toolbox, had one turn on (or off) unintentionally. Given the years of versatile, rugged service, I'd say these little guys are worth it. In fact I just got my third, ordered via Amazon, bought from and shipped by Grady's Online -- good price, good shipping and packaged with batteries -- the flashlight and I are ready to go.
for the small person in your family
a miniature flashlight fits in the palm of your hand.
doesn't look that way in the advertising..
not worth the price.
