Strippers and hookers..
I remember venturing into my local Music+ store with a high school buddy in the early 90's kinda bored and just aimlessly looking around for something to rent. Before I knew it, this odd little gem popped out in front of me.

What immediatly caught my eye was the Norma Jean lookalike, Teri Marlow. Being a Marilyn Monroe fan, I decided to check this movie out. To my surprise, I wasn't dissapointed at all. First off, Marlow is really hot and shapely. So I was pleased.

As far as the other characters, they were mildly amusing and entertaining.
This movie, of course, is low-budget. The sets and locations tend to look dark. Seems like a lot of the stuff was shot in a basement. The humor is cheesy but pretty funny. Lots of scenes of strippers doing their routines. Lots of big [...]. The violence is there. Some bloody stuff.

The story is basically about strippers being mysteriously, and brutally, murdered at a strip joint called Club Body Parts. The only stripper that seems to escape the murderous rampage is "Norma Jean", the Marilyn look-a-like. So a couple of not so bright Hollywood detectives set out to search for the "killer". They interview a bunch of goofs and morons who tell their "story". In the end, the murderer is discovered thru the help of a German "psychic", who picks up clues from sniffing an article of clothing(guess what it is) that belongs to Norma.

I'd say the closest category that this low-budget movie belongs in is something like Comedy/Mystery/Thriller. I had been waiting a long time for a DVD verion to be released. Now it is here. Aside from the movie itself, the DVD also contains a few specials, such as Theatrical Trailers(but not of this movie for some reason), A film introduction by Lloyd Kaufman, Special Effects lesson, and Coming Distractions. If you are into this sort of thing, then it's worth checking out.
