Baby loves it
As long as my baby enjoys it then that's all that matters. Personally I don't care for it.

Keeps my nephew entertained
I don't know what makes the Tele-Tubbies characters so interesting to young children but my nephew is mezmerised by them. The redeeming value is that there is basic/simple teaching that is accomplished - ABC's, counting, etc.
