not what I expected
I was expecting a very active video to help my child exercise while getting energy out. This video is more of a slow introduction to Tai Chi and other slow moving exercises.

Excellent Fitness Video
I enjoyed Get Fit America for Kids along with my children. It teaches control, balance, stability, focus, and flexibility. Most of the exercises are slow and controlled. Scott Cole does mix in some faster moves throughout the Tai Chi segment to get your heart rate up. I was also impressed with the 15 minute question and answer segment he had with the children on fitness. It gave my daughter a new perspective on fitness. We borrowed this video from our local library, but this is one I plan to purchase.

Video teaches some body awareness and gentle activity. Good for kids who are over-stimulated and need to relax and connect their brain and body again. Our 6 year old likes it a lot and he seems more calm and focused after doing the workout.
