This is a sociological study on juvenile delinquency in Mexico City which exposes the corruption that exists at all levels of society. An ex-convict and the social worker he loves search for his son and find him living in the sewers with a band of juvenile delinquents who rob and kill as a group. The band is led by a man who exploits the children even as he says he is protecting them. The desperate father faces a life-or-death battle as he tries to rescue his son. In Spanish No Subtitles
