This Stuff works
I think it sucks that you can't get this anymore at GNC or anywhere but online. And let you know orange favor tasted like S$%&! But the Berry Blast is, ok. I heard claims of people gaining 10 pound of muscle in a month. that didn't happen for me cause I find it hard to eat 8 times a day. Anator p70 is the best product off all time for muscletech just sucks that. the down side is that your muscle are puffy/tender, and it can give you a headache when you first take it. and the drink is chalky. I need to get more before you can't get it anywhere.

If i had to say i'd say this stuff works good, I was lifting in college and got up to 350 pretty fast for a max. I weighed like 220 was curling like 165 for 4-5 and doing the 60lb dumbbells for sets of 10!! Id say it works pretty well but i was also taking protein and bsn creatine and i push myself really hard!! When i lift thats pretty much all i do haha. It really does not taste good though, in fact one time i almost puked i have to say you have to drink it fast i developed a strategy where you kinda just swig swallow super fast other wise if you try to drink it regular you may YACK!! no joke.. But for me I'd say it did work for me.

Read the ingredients
This is just a hyped up protein blend with leucine, creatine, and phenylalanine added. Adding "gene" after a chemically altered form of leucine doesn't make it any more active and no publicized studies have given any evidence that this is better than whey protein and a $5 bottle of l-leucine that will last all year. Mtech are greedy b@st@rds and I for one will no longer be suckered by their glossy marketing schemes.
