Excellent teaching tool
Offers a very nice rundown of the possible approaches to working with acrylic paints. As an artist I only use a few of these in my own work, and it's great to be able to offer these alternatives, nicely demonstrated, to my students. Doesn't discuss the design elements of composition, color, value etc, but simply focuses on many ways to handle the paint: scumbling, alla prima, glazing etc. Also a good primer in the way acrylics behave and offers a bit about the use of acrylic mediums (media?). Each of the 16 technique demos is I guess at least 5 minutes long or more, so it's great to show 2 - 3 at a time and let the class experiment with a few each session. Very useful, very pleased with this.

Excellent way to learn acrylic techniques
This video provided just what I needed, a clear demo and explanation of the many ways to use acrylics and a chance to try each of the techniques myself by following along. As a watercolor and oil painter I found acrylics challenging, but this video helped me to understand this medium better and by following along I was able to get some practice and the confidence I needed to continue with a painting I'd started and then stopped when I realized I needed more understanding of acrylics.
