hakeem rules!!!!
This complete 7 game 1994 nba finals dvd showcases one of the best Hakeem Olajuwon and the houston rockets' performance ever...As an Olajuwon and Rockets fan, it feels great to relieve over and over again the cities first championship lead by one of the greatest center who ever played the game. And the dvd quality is very good though i hoped they made the celebration after game 7 a little longer. Disc 8 which featured the teams rise to championship was also magnificent..Truly a collectors item..I hope they release the 1995 championship vs. Orlando.. Houston Rockets fans, this is a must...
Game 5 Is OJ-Free
I'll let the Houston fans comment on how important it is to have this series released on DVD. Of greater interest to me is that Game 5, which occurred simultaneous to the OJ Simpson Bronco chase and had NBC switching away from the game to coverage of the chase while showing the game in a corner, is presented here completely OJ free. For the sections of the game where NBC broke away, Marv Albert and the rest of the announcers are silent, but you do see the game action continue to unfold without distraction, and I'm glad they released the game in this way that those of who taped it originally could not experience.
Excellent performance by Hakeem! But where's the 1995 series?!!
This is one of the greatest 7-game series ever! Its been almost two years since they release this set and I'm still waiting for the 1995 Series against the Orlando Magic. It would also be great if they include the series against the Spurs when Olajuwon "bamboozled" then-MVP David Robinson. I can't wait!
