Classically Contemporary - Often an artist's surroundings growing up are his greatest source of inspiration. Such is the case for Naples resident Marco Bronzini, a native of Provence in the South of France. The town lies in the hills between the sea and the Alps. "Most of my landscapes reflect this awe - inspiring region, he says." The vivid colors and sweeping lines of this areas landscape resonate in his work. Bronzini is in good company. Provence's sloping vineyards, magnificent mountains and traquille sea scapes have charmed artisits such as Cezanne, Van Gogh and Chagall. Bronzini studied under British scuplor John Skeaping RA and was awarded a four year scholarship to the Royal Academy of Arts in London, where he received instruction by renowned British artisits Peter Greenham, Robert Buhler, Ruskin Spear and David Hockney. Bronzini lived and worked in Germany, England, Scotland and France before settleing in Naples, Florida. In addition to his paintings his Naples studio houses the Marco Bronzini Art School & Studio, where he offeres classes for beginners and experience artists, focusing on painting and drawing techniques. His paintings are found in many private collections as well as the permanent collections of the Cornell Museum of Fine Art in Orlando, FL and the Morse Museum of American of Art in Winter Park. --N Magazine, Naples, Florida

Some do as an investment. Others search for a particular image, a color that will match something of no importance on the other side of a room. In contrast, the true art collector falls in love with the work and sees what others failed to see, and he or she will not rest until it is in their possession to enjoy throughout the years. --Marco Bronzini Website

The best Art Instructional DVD on the market !!
This is the BEST art instructional DVD I have ever seen. The artist is a complete pro and is a wonderful painter and teacher. The DVD has three sections all of which are very important you watch. The section without the commentary is in and of itself a seperate visual lesson, where one can just sit back and enjoy watching the master. You have to listen to the section that says "With Commentary" to recieve verbal instruction in the way of a discourse between artist and students, this is a highly informative disscusion. Then in section three under "Tools" you have the the artist talking about the brushes and colors he used. In all this DVD is the best out there on the market. Marco Bronzini is in the true sense of the word a real Professional and wonderful teacher.
Don't waste your money
This is undoubtedly the worst art instructional video I have ever seen. There is no dialogue to explain what is going on, the hand-held camera work is extremely jittery, there is nothing except quick views of a fast-moving brush slapping paint on a canvas. I didn't expect or want elementary instruction, as I have been painting several years, but there was no instruction at any level. What a disappointment.
