Album Description
2007 debut album from Unkle Bob, a Glasgow five piece who have been creating music together for around two years, forming whilst at college together. The band have variously been compared to acts as diverse as REM, Prefab Sprout and Radiohead, and have a unique acoustic rock style, led by a truly original lead singer, Rick Webster, who is also the band's main songwriter. Produced by Saul Davies, guitarist and co-producer with British rock supergroup James. 11 tracks including the single 'Too Many People'. Mother City.

I love this music!5
Two weeks agoI had never heard of Unkle Bob. Then one of their songs played on Greys anatomy "Swans" What a beautiful song. Got the cd. Was amazed, all the songs on this album i love. Ricks voice is great. I hope American radio will hear about this lovely group from Scotland so we can hear their music on the radio ... Both girls and guys will love it........

great band4
i was lucky enough to see them live with James in Philadelphia before hearing this album. they were great live and i enjoy Sugar & Spite in my living room where i can appreciate the words even more. it's very mellow but not lazy, catchy but not trite.

the band was nice enough to sign my copy at the show. check it out it's worth the money.

Very Good Album!4
I heard the song "One By One" on CSI Miami and liked it so I decided to come give the album a listen on Amazon. After listening to the other selections I bought it and have not been disappointed. I was a little surprised that the album was so solid. So many artists today can't sustain, but these guys are really talented and the album is very good to listen to with a great deal of replayability.
