MUCH MORE THAN JUST MASSAGE - DEVELOPMENTAL INFO IS FABULOUS!!
Ms. Ketchum obviously is a great massage instructor - her expertise and expert instruction is very clear. BUT what I was surprised about was how much MORE info there is on the DVD than just the massage. Because this certified instructor is also a Physical Therapist who worked with babies for years, she explains exercises (and I'm talking super simple stuff) you can do with your baby that take only seconds of your time to make sure you baby is developing well physically. For example, for bottle-fed babies, don't always hold your baby on the same side. Switch from side to side so that your baby's eyes develop well on both eyes, as you would switch while breastfeeding - nature's way of having both eyes practice looking. Common sense, but I would have never thought of it and always held my baby in my left arm and held her bottle with my right hand because I'm right handed. Who knows if she would have eye trouble or lazy eye when she grew up! These little tips are fascinating. The massage is so easy and you really feel more close to your baby and very secure in knowing that you are doing things right, because it's obvious that the instructor knows what she is talking about. This was well worth the money. Also, I recommend the Happiest Baby on the BLock DVD - it is fabulous and all mommies should be given these two DVDs when they are leaving the hospital. The info is SO important and who knows how much healthier and happier the babies and mommies are when their mommies know these things.

Most comprehensive DVD out there!
I highly recommend the Ivy League Baby DVD. It is packed full of really practical tips and it teaches massage in a very clear, simple way. It gave me ideas to improve my baby's vision and motor skills that I have shared with all my friends.

I had to watch this video three times to take in all the information. I learned so much. I never knew how many simple things I could do to improve my baby's development!

The massage is so easy to follow and I learned strokes that even helped my baby's colic. it has more information than any other video I have ever seen.

This video is wonderful - very informative and so helpful! I just gave one to my girlfriend who is a first time mom and she is so grateful - this would make a great shower gift!!! I highly recommend it!
