Jenny's morning stretch routine is covered in 2 parts. Her stretch routine begins in bed as she wakes from a full night's sleep. This segments covers yawning, stretching, twisting, and other simple stretches as she gradually works out of her nightshirt.

In the second segment, the sun filters in on a completely nude Jenny, as she covers more aggressive stretching techniques in her favorite workout room.

Afterwards, Jenny heads outdoors for sunshine, and a refreshing outdoor shower.

Extras include deleted "Bubble Bath" scene.

Excellent Instructional Video...Jenny is a good instructor !!
As one gets older, waking up in the morning reveals a lot of aches and pains. So, it is a good idea to begin an exercise/stretching routine to maintain one's good health. Most instructional videos, though, are loud and obnoxious productions. Wake Up & Stretch, however, is an excellent DVD that shows that stretching exercises can be an easy and relaxing way to start the day. Of course, it would be nice to benefit from having a personal trainer, and I sure wish Jenny would be my personal trainer !!

Stretch... ah yes... they way they stretched to pad this out...
To say this is an art movie is a stretch, to say this is an amateur video is a stretch, to say this was entertaining is a stretch... the girl is cute, but between the crappy noise, sorry, music and poor camera work, and the girl receiving instructions between bad jump cuts, well it's really hard to stretch this review up to the lofty score of 1 star.

Wasted stretch.
Don't waste your money. low pixel resolution photography. I would have to really stretch to give this a one star.
