Super Hero Central was vividly filmed in Hollywood, California, Macau, Taipei, Taiwan, Tokyo, Japan, and Vancouver, British Columbia. This film introduces the Crime Fighting team of Ace X and Kid Velvet, played by International Action Star Scott Shaw and Kevin Thompson, who disguise their Superhero identities as members of a Hollywood Rock n' Roll band. The team must battle the evil Rinaldi, who has the ability to transform into a monster, and has taken control over the streets of Hollywood.
