An elegant and impressive clock
This is a well-designed and very functional clock, with a very large, bright, readable and well-organized display. It has a sleek, modern, black picture-frame style case, and is much better-looking than the typical 'hospital' or 'factory' style calendar-clock.
The clock also has a power-outage memory, which is not mentioned in the description. I tested the clock and set the correct time, but had to wait almost a month before installing it. As soon as I plugged it in in the new location, it displayed the correct time - no resetting required.
The only element of the clock display that is not immediately, intuitively obvious is the AM/PM indicator, which is just a pair of dots (single LEDs) to the left of the time. These are labeled 'AM' and 'PM' in small, unlighted letters.

helpful clock
I purchased this clock for my mother who is in the early stages of alzheimers. She loves it! It's not very decorative, but it serves the purpose of telling her the day, date, and time. It even comes back to the right time and day after it has been unplugged.

Great see at night clock
I bought this clock for my dad who can't get out of the house. He can now see what day of the week it is which he didn't know before. In the middle of the night, he can see what time it is because it is bright. Works great too!
