Had a problem with the 1st pair, contacted vendor - they responded quick, fast and in a hurry. Had a new pair quicker than I can count to 3 and I didn't have to pay for postage again (thanks!) These are great! Not only can I hear clearly when talking on my cell, but I can also listen to my ipod with the same headset.

I bought this ear phones for my blackberry pearl 8110 and I like them they where brand new and also shipped fastly.

Shorts out... no good1
One star - only because I can't select zero.

I bought this as a replacement for my original headset. It looks the same, but the plug shorts out unless you hold it at a certain angle. Bottom line... it's worthless. I would NOT buy this again.
