The product was fine. The only problem that I had was the way they shipped the product. They just wrapped it in clear wrap, only on two sides leaving the ends open, and sent it. When it got to my house it was all scratched and paint was chipped off. I just wish they had shipped it in a better way!!!!!! I didn't buy it at a yard sale where you expect it. I paid the full price asked for the new one. So, like I said it was only the shipping that was a problem for me~!
Review for Werner Step Stool
This foot stool is perfect. Before, I always had to have my 16 year old son reach high places for me, but now I can reach them myself. It arrived promptly and in excellent condition!
Not Sturdy
