Kuhn Rikon paring knive
Was initially attracted to the knife display in a kitchen store by the colorful array of these paring knives... then couldn't decide which color... After purchasing and using one for a couple of days, I returned to purchase half-a-dozen more of them; will keep a couple of them and give the rest as gifts this holiday season.

The knives are super sharp, and are covered with a non-stock surface and nothing seems to stick to them; as you slice, the sliced items just simply fall away. Easy to clean, also comes with a protective sheath, which protects both the blade and your fingers!

These knives are great! They'll even slice right through very ripe tomatoes without squashing them. Slicing potatoes is really easy as the knife doesn't stick to the potato.
They'd make great stocking stuffers.
