I'll stick with made in the USA.
If this DVD is an example of overseas quality control, I choose to have nothing to do with it. Not once, but twice I found this product to be unacceptable. The video quality is below average and the audio quality leaves much to be desired (including hearing it as the volume fluctuates all over the decible scale). Not on my must buy list!
