As great as Rhino's Stiff box set was a decade or so ago, this box set is closer to the original eclectic nature of the label and features a lot more of the one-offs and under-appreciated acts. Includes tracks from early signings like Nick Lowe, The Damned and Elvis Costello up to today's Stiff signings such as chart-topping The Enemy, Eskimo Disco and The Tranzmitors taking in Ian Dury, The Pogues, Kirsty MacColl, Wreckless Eric and a host of others along the way DVD-sized box comes with a full colour 68 page booklet featuring an introduction to the label, biogs on each of the artists featured and as many photos, sleeves, flyers and badges as we could squeeze in. Compiled by Stiff authority Pete Gardiner with booklet notes by Stiff aficionado Ian Peel with help from original Stiff press officer Andy Murray.
