Customer Reviews

Wow!5
This video series (6 vignettes) is, in a word, amazing. Marcus Buckingham ("First, Break All the Rules") talks about strengths and weaknesses in a very new way. All the while, an unspoken and unnarrated story of a boy and a trombone goes on in parallel. As a corporate trainer, I'm skeptical about this stuff, and find most business videos overpriced, poorly acted, and not well-thought-out. Not so here, as Buckinham's message is clear, relevant, and very useful. Highly recommended.

Excellent video series5
I read the book Go Put Your Strengths to Work and thought it was incredible. It's a drastic mind shift from the traditional "fix what's broken" attitude. This video series is incredibly inventive - it drives home a point while being interesting to watch. I intend on taking these videos and turning them into a development program for my employees.

Best creative video on the subject5
When I first say this video, I was set back in amazement on how cleaver Marcus has made a "talking head" video. It is the best I've ever seen and the application is for all businesses and non-profits. I'm going to order 10 more to give to my business friends. I can't say enough to recommend this series. This is well done!
